Geniet van tactische gevechten op zijn best in deze first-person shooter. Squad biedt een authentieke gevechtservaring gebaseerd op teamwork en coördinatie op grote schaal. Neem verschillende scenario's aan en vecht in 50 tegen 50 massale gevechten waarin verschillende facties tegenover elkaar staan, waaronder het Amerikaanse leger, de Russische grondtroepen, het Britse leger, de Canadese strijdkrachten, het Australische leger, de Midden-Oostenalliantie en irreguliere milities en opstandelingen. Elk van hen heeft zijn eigen unieke arsenaal en geeft je toegang tot gespecialiseerde voertuigen en wapentuig.

In Squad moet je je aanpassen aan de constante veranderingen op het slagveld en communiceren met je teamleden om strategieën te ontwikkelen en met hen te coördineren om de overwinning te claimen. Communicatie is je beste middel om de vijand te lijf te gaan, en dit spel beschikt over een compleet VoIP-systeem dat je toegang geeft tot verschillende kanalen die georganiseerd zijn om met andere spelers te praten op basis van hun rang en locatie op het slagveld.

Squad is een viscerale oorlogssimulatie-ervaring die je meeneemt naar de eerste linie op 20 enorme kaarten, waar je fortificaties kunt bouwen om te profiteren van het terrein.
