    Foundation luidt een nieuw tijdperk in van ontspannen en organische stedenbouw. Jij bent de nieuwe heerser van een middeleeuws land, en je taak is om je rijk zo welvarend mogelijk te maken. Startend vanuit een klein dorp, moet je verstandig je grondstoffen beheren, je groeiende bevolking besturen, en quest items en gebeurtenissen navigeren totdat je land uitgroeit tot een rijk en uitgestrekt domein.

    Foundation is een rasterloze simulator die zich richt op organische groei. Je speelt de architect van je eigen koninkrijk door bouwplaatsen op te zetten en zones te bepalen voor wonen, landbouw en productie. Je dorpelingen zullen automatisch de benodigde gebouwen bouwen en natuurlijke paden eromheen vormen.

    Je hebt ook de vrijheid om gebouwtypes te ontwerpen door in elkaar grijpende bouwdelen samen te stellen. Maak unieke kerken, huizen, kastelen, en alles wat je maar kunt bedenken. Schakel de klikfunctie van deze onderdelen uit voor wat creatieve en maffe combinaties.

    Verhoog je reputatie bij andere Estates in het Realm om beloningen te krijgen, zoals nieuwe gebouwen en extraatjes. En als je meer items nodig hebt, kun je lid worden van de Foundation modding-community om personage-, gebouw- en questontwerpen te vinden, te maken en te delen.
